本研究は、口腔粘膜炎の発症率の高い、がん薬物療法および頭頚部腫瘍の放射線療法を対 象に、日本の口腔ケアに関する研究を文献レビュー することで その特徴と課題を示した。\n\n 【 研究方法 】 検索期間 2007年 -2016年に発表された原著論文を対象とし、医学中央雑誌にて、キー ワード「口腔ケア」「化学療法」、「口腔ケア」「頭頚部腫瘍」「放射線療法」で検索した。重複した文 献、研究対象が不明確、研究方法が不明確な文献などを除外し、 34件を対象とした。マトリックス 法を用いて「介入研究 :20件」「調査研究 :14件」に分類し内容を整理した。 \n \n 【結果】 介入研究における文献では、口腔ケアの方法と評価方法が具体的に示された文献は 10件 であり、主な口腔ケアの方法は、専門的口腔ケア、セルフケアなどであった。歯科衛生士による専 門的な介入や患者指導 が共通性の高いケアとして実施されていた。含嗽、粘膜保護、疼痛管理では 多様な薬剤が使用されていたが、看護師の介入に関する記載は少なかった。調査研究における文献 では、看護師を対象とした文献が 12件であり、看護師の知識やアセスメント力に課題があること が明らかとなっていた。\n \n  【考察】 口腔粘膜炎の医療においては、治療的な介入の有効性が高く、 QOLに影響することから、 看護師の役割は大きい。エビデンスに基づく看護実践を目指していくことが望ましく、看護師によ る口腔ケア に関する 研究の質を高め、口腔ケアの効果を示していくことが
