Care","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【目的】看護領域における口腔ケアに焦点をあてた文献について整理し、近年の動向を確認することによって看護領域における口腔ケアの今後の展望について検討する。\n\n【研究方法】医学中央雑誌Webver.6を用いて、2013年から2018年で「口腔ケア」をキーワードとし、最近のトピックスを扱った「解説特集」・「図説特集」・「QA特集」を抽出した。抽出された文献について、文献の収録されている雑誌と論文タイトルの中から、トピックスとなる概念を抽出し分類した。\n\n【結果】検索式で抽出された文献は、2013年が126文献、以後100文献前後で、計576文献であった。文献の内容を確認し、本研究の目的に該当しない12文献を削除して564文献を分析対象として分類した結果、最も報告文献数が多かったトピックスとしての概念は「看護技術」に関する137文献、次に「がん看護」61文献であった。\n\n【まとめ】看護領域における口腔ケアに焦点をあてた文献は、2013年から2018年(7月までに564文献が報告され、各年100程度を推移し、口腔ケアに対する関心の高さは現在も継続している。その一因として、2012年から診療報酬として「周術期口腔機能管理計画料策定」が導入されたことと関連が大きいと考える。また、報告された文献のトピックスとなる概念として最も多かったのは「看護技術」であり、その要因として看護基礎教育におけるテキストの口腔ケアに関する記載率の少なさや、基礎看護教育における専門的口腔ケアの授業時間も少ないことが影響している。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"福岡看護大学看護学部
