本研究の目的は、国内外のプラネタリーヘルスに関する文献検討から、プラネタリーヘルスの看護教育の必要性について考察することである。
医学中央雑誌にてプラネタリーヘルスで検索し、59件を抽出し、英文8件を除外した51件を分析対象とした。PubMedにてPlanetary health nursingをキーワードとして検索し、202件を抽出した。Planetary health nursing educationをキーワードとして検索し、78件を抽出した。
国内文献51件は、原著論文はなく、会議録24件と解説/特集24件で多かった。文献発表年代は2023年18件、2024年23件と2023年から増加していた。内容は、プラネタリーヘルスの概念12件、医学教育6件、地域医療7件などで、看護学に特化した文献は認められなかった。PubMedにてPlanetary health nursingで検索した202件の内訳は、プラネタリーヘルスの概念55件、看護教育35件などであった。Planetary health nursing educationで検索した78件は、看護教育/医学系教育30件、プラネタリーへルスにおける看護の必要性や概念30件などであった。ディスカッションペーパーや解説が多く、研究論文は少ない傾向にあった。
今回の検討により、プラネタリーヘルスの概念が明確となり、プラネタリーヘルスの看護教育における必要性、今後の看護教育の方向性が示唆された。 |

The purpose of this study is to consider the necessity of nursing education in planetary health based on a review of domestic and international literature on the topic.
A search for "planetary health" was conducted in the Medical Central Journal, extracting 59 articles, of which 8 English articles were excluded, leaving 51 articles for analysis. In PubMed, a search using the keyword "Planetary health nursing" yielded 202 articles. Using "Planetary health nursing education" as a keyword, 78 articles were extracted.
Among the 51 domestic articles, there were no original research papers; the majority consisted of 24 conference proceedings and 24 commentaries/special features. The publication years showed an increase starting from 2023, with 18 articles in 2023 and 23 articles in 2024. The content included 12 articles on the concept of planetary health, 6 on medical education, and 7 on community healthcare, with no literature specifically focused on nursing. Among the 202 articles retrieved from PubMed using "Planetary health nursing," the breakdown was 55 on the concept of planetary health and 35 on nursing education. Of the 78 articles retrieved using "Planetary health nursing education," 30 dealt with nursing/medical education and 30 addressed the necessity or concept of nursing in planetary health. Many were discussion papers or commentaries, with relatively few research articles.
This review clarified the concept of planetary health and suggested the necessity of nursing education in planetary health, as well as the potential direction for future nursing education. |
