care","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"この研修の目的は、日本においては体験できない多文化社会における人々の暮らしと、看護における文化（異文化）理解の重要性を自ら体験し、看護先進国であるオーストラリアの看護の実際を学ぶことを目的として、開学2年目に、本学が初めてオーストラリアでの海外研修を実施した。ここに、研修の成果を報告し、今後の研修への課題を検討する。\n研修参加学生は12名で、研修前の学内でのオリエンテーション、モナッシュ大学での講義、病院見学、看護学生との交流等を体験した。海外研修終了後は、学生アンケート調査を実施した。事前オリエンテーション（3項目）については、全員の学生が理解できていた。6回の事前オリエンテーションとスカイプを使ってモナッシュ大学の日本人教員と直接話す機会を設定したことが効果的であったと考える。また、全体の研修期間については、11名（92％）の学生が「短い」と感じており「もっといたかった」という意見も見られた。研修内容（7項目）は、全ての項目で「満足だった」という回答が多かった。理由として、学生が日々過ごす中でホストファミリーとの会話が増え、各自の英語力に自信がついたのも一つであると考えられた。\n研修内容は日本と比較しながら医療・文化についてなど学び、他文化を受け入れることに抵抗が無くなったとアンケートに書いた学生もいた。また病院・緩和ケア病棟の見学など研修内容がバランスよく企画されていたと考える。 課題としては、ホームステイ先に帰宅後は直ぐに連絡を入れること、事前調整を十分にしていてもホストファミリーとの情報交換を綿密に取っておく必要があること、ホストファミリーの高齢化を考慮して、学生の休日の過ごし方を検討しておく必要性があることなどが挙げられた。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"福岡看護大学看護学部
