動向を考察し、口腔保健医療における看護師の 役割を考察する。 \n\n【方法】検索は、 1998年 1月より 2017年 4月 31日までに発表された原著論文を対象とした。 海外の文献は Pub Medにてキーワード 「 OHRQOL」 760件、 「 GOHAI 」 75件、 「 OIDP 」 90件、 「 OHIP」 783件であった。国内の文献は、医学中央雑誌にてキーワード「口腔関連 QOL」 51件、 「 GOHAI」 28件、「 OIDP」 136件、「 OHIP」 135件であった。海外、国内とも特殊な歯科治療 の 症例、胎児、小児における論文を除外し、海外 18件、国内 11件を対象とした。 \n\n【結果】口腔関連 QOLに影響を与える要因には、 口腔内の状況、ケアレベル、栄養状態、全身 状態、心理的状態、社会経済的状況、慢性疾患などが明らかにされていた。 \n\n【考察】口腔ケア が疾病予防や健康維持、疾病の回復に重要な役割があることが 示唆 されてい た。世界動向からみる看護師の役割は、人々が well-beingな生活を送れるように支 援し、地域 での口腔保健および病院・施設・在宅における口腔医療において口腔関連 QOLの改善をするこ とであり、歯科医師や多職種との連携をとりながら、看護師による口腔アセスメント、口腔関 連
