本研究では、地域包括ケアにおける看護職の役割に関する文献を検討し、研究の動向と看護職の役割を明らかにし、これからの地域包括ケア時代に看護職が担うべき役割への示唆を得ることを目的とした。文献検索は医学中央雑誌web版を使用し、「地域包括ケア」and「看護職」and「役割」で検索した（2023年8月検索実施）。ヒットした文献を原著論文に絞り込み、除外論文を除外し、最終的に10文献を分析対象とした。地域包括ケアにおける看護職の役割について、期待される役割や必要と考えられる役割の報告は散見される一方で、実施状況の調査は僅かであった。分析の結果、地域の看護職の役割は【実際の看護を提供】【地域を支援する】【多職種連携】であり、就業場所が異なっても共通する役割であった。【実際の看護の提供】に含まれていた〈在宅療養支援〉と【地域を支援する】役割は、病院の看護職にはない役割で、地域の看護職に特有の役割であると考えられた。以上のことより、今後は、地域包括ケアを担う看護職の役割に関する研究の蓄積が必要であり、役割の実施状況の把握と、実施を促進する要因および阻害する要因を明らかにする必要があると考えられた。 |

The aim of this study was to review existing literature on the role of the nursing profession in community-based integrated care. The primary objectives include identifying research trends, delineating the roles of the nursing profession, and offering suggestions for the evolving responsibilities of the nursing profession in the era of community-based integrated care. The literature search was conducted using Ichushi Web, employing the keywords "community-based integrated care," "nursing profession," and "role." A total of 10 papers were chosen for the analysis. While there were scattered reports of the role of the nursing profession in community-based integrated care, the literature lacked in-depth surveys on the status of role implementation. The analysis revealed that the roles of community nurses encompassed [providing actual nursing care], [supporting the community], and [engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration], which were common roles even when the place of employment was different. The roles of "support for home care" and "support for the community," within the broader category of "provision of actual nursing care," were considered to be unique to community nurses, distinguishing them from hospital nurses. To conclude, it is necessary to accumulate knowledge on the evolving roles of nurses in community-based comprehensive care. It is crucial to understand the implementation status of these roles and to identify factors that promote or hinder its implementation. |
